You spend your days supporting others. This summer, we’re inviting you to put yourself first. Join us for a six-week virtual wellness series designed specifically for executive assistants. Sessions are short, practical, and encouraging. Come as you are, camera optional. In this 60-minute interactive session, discover how practical, evidence-based micro-strategies and habit stacking can enhance holistic well-being and work-life balance. As demands increase, finding sustainable ways to recharge and maintain energy is crucial for helping busy professionals navigate the unique challenges of their roles. Participants will explore how small, intentional adjustments, layered onto existing routines, can create meaningful and sustainable change. Learning Objectives - Assess their current state of body, mind, and energy.
- Explore readily adaptable micro-strategies (the A.I.R. acronym) and learn how habit stacking can amplify its impact.
- Identify barriers to self-care and brainstorm solutions for overcoming them.
- Begin developing a personalized “stop and start doing” list to help immediately integrate mico-changes into daily routines.
