You spend your days supporting others. This summer, we’re inviting you to put yourself first. Join us for a six-week virtual wellness series designed specifically for executive assistants. Sessions are short, practical, and encouraging. Come as you are, camera optional.

Alex will guide us through a meditative practice designed to cultivate mindful awareness of your body, breath, mind, and environment. You will be offered several ways to align with the present moment which you may choose to take with you into a regular practice. With practice, we increase our ability to return to a state of present awareness to help us stay balanced in our work, relationships, and life. Suitable for beginners and more advanced meditators.

Alex Liosatos is the director of counseling services and campus wellness at Lakeland University in Wisconsin. She is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and certified yoga teacher. She has taught yoga, meditation, and breathwork to various groups and individuals and has a dedicated daily personal practice.
