Upcoming Membership Subscription Change

Dear NAPAHE Members,

Thank you for your membership with NAPAHE. As an association by and for our members, your support and participation in our community is what drives us and is why NAPAHE exists. Thanks to you, our association has grown—now over 1,000 members—and so has the value of our community and offerings.

Upcoming Membership Subscription Change

We’re writing to inform you of an upcoming change to your membership subscription. Beginning July 1, 2025, the price of all individual and group NAPAHE memberships will increase by $25.00 per person. As a result, Individual NAPAHE Memberships will begin at $225.00 with additional seats available for $75.00 per additional member. The new rates will go into effect during your next renewal period after July 1, 2025.

For the past several years, we have worked hard to keep our membership costs steady among uncertainty in the higher education landscape, while also expanding the value of your investment in NAPAHE. This modest adjustment will allow us to continue delivering high-quality professional development and networking opportunities to you going forward while addressing the evolving needs of our growing association.

Enhancements to Your Membership Benefits & Experience

As part of this change, we are excited to introduce several enhancements to your membership. In mid-May, NAPAHE will launch a brand new membership platform. The new members-only site will feature an enhanced discussion board, the ability to privately interact within smaller affinity-based and regional groups, community calendars with built-in event registrations, a user-friendly jobs board and career center, and much more, all under one platform for you to enjoy. More information on the new member site will be sent to all members soon.

As always, you will have access to the growing network of higher education professionals from across the United States and Canada. We look forward to continuing to provide you with benefits tailored to strengthening the professions of those who serve higher education leaders.

Your Next Membership Renewal

An updated fee schedule can be found here. If you have any questions or need to make adjustments to your membership subscription, please log in to your NAPAHE account or reach out to us at any time. We are always happy to help.

With these changes, NAPAHE will also activate a 30-day grace period on all current memberships, allowing members to continue logging into their accounts for up to 30 days after their membership has expired, ensuring a smooth transition for all. Memberships are eligible for renewal up to 90 calendar days in advance of the expiration date, while mid-year upgrades are also permitted at a prorated cost.
